  I would of given them 5 stars simply because the pizza is absolutely delicious however I subtracted 3 starts because the customer service is poor. I should of know that after being cut off in the parking lot by one of the drivers smh. But then there's the fact that half the time my orders are wrong, and the latest and final straw was tonight after the delivery driver called to tell me he was out back and call back shortly after hanging up to ask me "What are you doing"? "Are you coming down or not"? EXCUSE ME??? Took everything in me not to curse his ass out! And then my husband still stood at the door for 3 full mins AND THE PIZZA WAS COLD. Just not impressed won't be ordering from jet's any longer.

  Pizza is good, but delivery is very very SLOW. Would not recommend unless you're willing to wait up to 2 hours for your food to arrive.

  Slowest. Delivery. Ever. Going on 2 hr wait time now. Called the store twice after an hour and 20 min went by and got the same answer "it's definitely on its way ". I tell them that a 2 hr wait is unacceptable and the manager offers me 50% off my next order. I'm sorry but I should be getting free food,not discounted.

  When we first had Jet's about a year ago, it was amazing and we ordered it often. Since then it has gone downhill as our pizza toppings are consistently incorrect, but we didn't call and complain until they forgot our wings and ranch, which we were charged for. We just received the following order in which we got our "free" wings and ranch to make up for the last order, but they forgot the ranch once again and our pizza was hardly cut and undercooked. Very disappointing as Jet's is so good if they actually get your order right.
